Impact of ERAMCA project on Cultural Heritage Education in Uzbekistan
On October 14th, in the afternoon session, the Erasmus+ CBHE project "Environmental Risk Assessment and Mitigation on Cultural Heritage Assets in Central Asia (ERAMCA)" was presented by Fulvio Rinaudo, the project leader from Politecnico di Torino, and Natalia Leskina from Samarkand State Architecture and Construction Institute. Their presentation, titled "Impact of the ERAMCA Project on Cultural Heritage Education in Uzbekistan," highlighted the project's outcomes and its influence on cultural heritage education. The project team shared the results and discussed the project's broader impact during the online meeting.

Information and methodological session in Kokand University
On October 15, 2024, Kokand University, in collaboration with the National Erasmus+ Office in Uzbekistan and the National Team of Higher Education Reform Experts (HEREs), hosted an Erasmus+ Opportunities seminar as part of the Autumn Erasmus+ Week celebrations. The event focused on introducing Erasmus+ programs to Higher Education Institutions (HEIs), with a particular emphasis on newcomers to the Erasmus+ network and those interested in Capacity Building in Higher Education (CBHE) projects. The seminar was opened by Jamoliddin Kambarov, vice-rector for academic affairs at Kokand University, who welcomed participants and expressed his gratitude to the organizers and attendees. Bonu Abdusalomova and Makhmudjon Utkurov, project managers at the National Erasmus+ Office, and Alisher Yunusov, associate professor at the Fergana Polytechnic Institute, served as key speakers. They provided detailed presentations on the benefits of Erasmus+, essential elements for project development, and the latest trends affecting higher education in Uzbekistan.

Erasmus+ CBHE projects information MECHAUZ Speaker: Javlonbek Rakhmatullayev
The National Erasmus+ Office has announced the Autumn Erasmus+ Week to coincide with the International Erasmus+ Days, which will take place from October 14 to 19, 2024. As part of the plan, on October 16, 2024, the results of the MechaUz project were once again presented to the general public. The presentation was organized online, where the project's results, practical significance, and sustainability were thoroughly discussed. All questions related to the project were addressed in full detail.

From October 14 to 18, 2024, in the frame of Autumn Erasmus+ week/days, the Tashkent Institute of Chemical Technology and the Center for Advanced Technologies hosted the "Follow-up Meetings with CAMP 2 Participants" and the "Intra-Project Conference" as part of the “ECAMPUZ European World Talent Camp for Uzbekistan Scientists in Food Science and Technology” project. This initiative falls within the framework of the ERASMUS-EDU-2022-CBHE program of the European Union.

Certificate ceremony for the "Compass" Legal Clinic Module and the start of the new module on EU Competition and Anti-Dumping Law (EUCAD)
As part of the Autumn Erasmus+ Week, an important event took place on October 16, celebrating the achievements and milestones within the legal education framework. The highlight of the day was the certificate ceremony for participants of the "Compass" Legal Clinic Module, which aims to equip students with practical skills in legal advocacy and consulting. In addition to honoring the participants, the event also marked the official launch of a new academic module on EU Competition and Anti-Dumping Law (EUCAD), further expanding the legal curriculum. This new module aims to provide students with in-depth knowledge on European competition regulations and anti-dumping policies, enhancing their understanding of global trade law.

As part of Erasmus+ Week, we hosted an insightful online session on "Erasmus Mundus Joint Masters (EMJM) Tips and Feedback for New Applicants" with EMJM scholarship holder Robiya Razzokova. She shared invaluable tips and personal experiences to help new applicants navigate the EMJM program. She provided a detailed overview of the program, offering essential information and guidance. At the end, participants had the opportunity to ask questions, which she answered with great enthusiasm.

Information and methodological session in Webster University in Tashkent
As part of the Autumn Erasmus+ Week, an Erasmus+ Information and Methodological session was held on October 17 at Webster University in Tashkent. This event was organized in collaboration with the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Innovation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the National Erasmus+ Office (NEO), and members of the Erasmus+ Higher Education Reform Experts (HEREs) team. Key participants included Dr. Anthony Jarvis, interim rector of Webster University in Tashkent, along with Makhmudjon Utkurov and Bonu Abdusakomova from the NEO , Farkhod Niyazov from Kimyo International University, and Khabibullo Nasirov from the Erasmus+ HEREs team.

“Best Practices of Erasmus+ Projects at Karakalpakstan Higher Education Institutions”
As part of Erasmus+ Week, a seminar titled "Best Practices of Erasmus+ Projects Implemented in Higher Education Institutions of Karakalpakstan" was held today at the Nukus branch of TUIT named after Muhammad al-Khorezmi.
The seminar was opened by B. Aytmuratov, Deputy Director for Scientific Affairs and Innovation.At the seminar, A. Tureniyazova, Head of the IT Department and Associate Professor at the Nukus branch of TUIT, spoke on "Future Employment, Innovation, Sustainable Ecosystems, Accelerating University-Industry Collaboration, and Inclusive Internationalization," as well as "Opportunities within the Erasmus+ Program for Teachers and Students." PhD B. Paluanov discussed "ICM Projects in Karakalpakstan HEIs: Experiences and Challenges" and highlighted "Best Practices of Erasmus+ CBHE Projects Implemented in Karakalpakstan."
