New National Contact Point for Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions (MSCA)
Alisher Pulatov has been appointed as the new National Contact Point (NCP) for the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions (MSCA) under the Horizon Europe programme in Uzbekistan.
Alisher Pulatov currently serves as the Dean of the School of Law, Technology and Education at Westminster International University in Tashkent.
He has extensive academic experience in international and commercial law and completed his studies at the following institutions:

University of Surrey – LLB with European Studies

University of Groningen – International Law (Erasmus postgraduate)

University of Westminster – LLM in International Commercial Law
-
Tashkent State University of Law – PhD in Law
In addition, he serves as a contact point for the following Horizon Europe programme areas:

Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions (MSCA)

Culture, Creativity and Inclusive Society

Civil Security for Society
