Step-by-Step to EMJM: Start with the Catalogue!

If you want to apply for an Erasmus Mundus Joint Masters (EMJM), the very first step is to explore the official catalogue of programmes:

https://www.eacea.ec.europa.eu/scholarships/emjmd-catalogue_en

But here’s what many students don’t know:

Each EMJM programme has its own website.
You’ll find all the details there: how to apply, required documents, eligibility, and contact information.

Deadlines are different for each programme.
Some open in summer, some in autumn, and others even in winter. So don’t wait for one “official” deadline – check each programme’s website individually.

There’s no limit on how many programmes you can apply to.
Yes, you can apply to several at once. More applications mean better chances!

There’s no application fee.
It’s completely free to apply.

Double or even triple diplomas.
Most EMJM programmes are run by 2–3 universities in different countries. If you’re selected, you’ll study across Europe, gain international experience, and graduate with multiple degrees.

So don’t wait – start by exploring the catalogue and bookmarking the programmes that match your goals.
