Highlights from the Pre-conference Roundtable

On December 19, 2024, the Muhammad al-Khwarizmi Tashkent University of Information Technologies (TUIT) hosted a roundtable meeting. This year’s event brought together education leaders, experts, and representatives from Central Asia to foster collaboration in the development of higher education and joint projects within the Erasmus+ framework.

The discussions focused on:

• Opportunities for regional cooperation through Erasmus+ projects.
• Proposals to enhance Central Asian university rankings and publication activity.
• Developing information infrastructure with leading global companies and publishers.

Delegations from Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, and representatives from Uzbekistan actively contributed to shaping strategies for regional collaboration and strengthening higher education ties.
