Erasmus+ information and promotion seminar in Samarkand

On October 25, 2022 "Erasmus+ information and promotion seminar" was held at Samarkand State University for representatives of all Samarkand higher education institutions.

During the event, NEO project manager Gulshoda Karlibayeva delivered presentation on the possibilities of cooperation in the framework of Erasmus+ programme. Also, presentations were made by the local project team members of "Capacity building in higher education - CBHE":

1. BIOEcUz: New Master's Degree Curricula for Sustainable BioEconomy in Uzbekistan

2. ERAMCA: Environmental risk assessment and mitigation on Cultural Heritage assets in Central Asia

3. AgroDEV: Development of Higher Education Content Aimed to Support Industries for Sustainable Production of Qualitative Agri-food

At the seminar, Shakhista Ishniyazova, Mukhsin Hidirov and Sherzod Bobokhanov presented the information about project activities and implementation, including the improvement of educational programs, the opening and establishment of ne w master's education courses, the results of meetings and events, and issues of promoting the results.

After the seminar, a meeting was held between with the NEO project manager and Erasmus+ project team members regarding promotion and dissemination of project activities and their implementation, close cooperation with the NEO, as well as with local press and mass information services.
