About the Journal

PERSPECTIVES OF HIGHER EDUCATION DEVELOPMENT is a peer-reviewed scientific and methodological journal dedicated to exploring key issues, innovations, and reforms in higher education. Established in 2020, the journal continues the tradition of the scientific and methodological collection that has been published since 2011.

The journal is published with the organizational support of the National Erasmus+ Office in Uzbekistan and the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and is financed by the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Union.

All articles reflect the views of their authors and do not necessarily represent the official position of the European Commission.

The journal is included in the list of publications recommended by the Supreme Attestation Commission of Uzbekistan, indexed in Google Scholar and CYBERLENINKA, and included in the EBSCO database. Each published article is assigned a DOI, ensuring international visibility and accessibility.
