Are you interested in publishing your research in the Perspectives of Higher Education Development journal?

How to Submit

To begin the submission process:

• New authors should first register on the journal’s website by creating an author account.

• Registered authors can simply log in and start the five-step online submission process through their personal dashboard.

Once submitted, your manuscript will undergo an initial editorial screening, followed by a double-blind peer review conducted by qualified experts in your field. Authors will be notified of the review results and, if accepted, guided through the editing and publication process.

The Editorial Board values high academic integrity, constructive feedback, and timely communication throughout the submission process.
