Abstract

The article is devoted to analyzing the transformative impact of the Erasmus+ programmes on the system of legal education in the Republic of Uzbekistan in the context of global processes of higher education internationalization [1][2]. The study focuses on the mechanisms of curriculum modernization, the development of academic mobility, and the formation of transversal professional competencies among law students. Based on an analysis of strategic partnerships, in particular the “Modernising European Legal Education” (MELE) project [3], and the national report on the impact of Erasmus+ programmes in Uzbekistan [4], a multi-level nature of influence is identified, ranging from institutional changes at the university level to the transformation of individual educational trajectories. Particular attention is paid to the development of clinical legal education [5], the digitalization of educational processes, and the integration of interdisciplinary approaches [6]. The results of the study indicate the emergence of a new model of legal education oriented toward the development of practical skills, intercultural competence, and the ability to operate under conditions of legal uncertainty, which corresponds to the demands of the modern labor market and the objectives of integrating the national education system into the European Higher Education Area [7][8].
