ВЛИЯНИЕ ПРОГРАММ ERASMUS+ НА РАЗВИТИЕ ЮРИДИЧЕСКОГО ОБРАЗОВАНИЯ

Статья посвящена анализу трансформационного воздействия программ Erasmus+ на систему юридического образования в Республике Узбекистан в контексте глобальных процессов интернационализации высшего образования [1][2]. Исследование фокусируется на механизмах модернизации учебных программ, развития академической мобильности и формирования трансверсальных профессиональных компетенций у студентов-юристов. На основе анализа стратегических партнерств, в частности проекта «Modernising European Legal Education» (MELE) [3], и национального отчета о воздействии программ Erasmus+ в Узбекистане [4], выявляется многоуровневый характер влияния: от институциональных изменений на уровне вузов до трансформации индивидуальных образовательных траекторий. Особое внимание уделяется развитию клинического юридического образования [5], цифровизации учебных процессов и интеграции междисциплинарных подходов [6]. Результаты исследования свидетельствуют о формировании новой модели юридического образования, ориентированной на развитие практических навыков, межкультурной компетентности и способности работы в условиях правовой неопределенности, что соответствует требованиям современного рынка труда и задачам интеграции национальной системы образования в европейское пространство высшего образования [7][8].
