An econometric analysis of the impact of the indicators of the inseparable triad “Higher Education Services Market - Research and Innovation Results Market - Labor Market” on TFP and the impact of the latter on economic growth was conducted, as well as a medium-term forecast (2026-2030) of TFP growth and economic growth using econometric models. Based on this analysis and forecast, conclusions, theoretical proposals and practical recommendations are presented that are useful for the development of this triad of New Uzbekistan.
