On 7 August this year, the Academy of Public Policy and Administration under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan hosted an international scientific seminar entitled “Erasmus+ Programme and International Grant Opportunities.” The seminar aimed to expand the participation of professors, academic staff, doctoral students, and researchers in international grant programmes and to strengthen their research capacity.
The event was opened by the Academy’s Vice-Rector, Raima Shirinova. During the seminar, participants discussed cooperation with the National Erasmus+ Office in Uzbekistan, as well as opportunities available under International Credit Mobility (ICM), Capacity Building in Higher Education (CBHE), Jean Monnet, and Erasmus Mundus. Practical recommendations were also provided on developing grant proposals and preparing project documentation in accordance with international standards.
The seminar served as a practical continuation of the Academy’s systematic efforts to strengthen international academic cooperation, increase the participation of faculty members and researchers in international projects, and enhance human capital.
