Is your university ready to host an event as part of Erasmus+ International Days 2026?

The National Erasmus+ Office in Uzbekistan announces the opening of registration for higher education institutions interested in hosting events during Erasmus+ International Days, which will take place from 12 to 17 October 2026.

As a host university, you will:

• Introduce students, academic staff, and administrative personnel to Erasmus+ opportunities;
• Showcase your university’s international engagement and participation in Erasmus+ programmes;
• Promote your university through official Erasmus+ communication channels;
• Establish new connections with Erasmus+ HEREs experts, project coordinators, and international partners.

Main requirements for host universities:

• A conference hall with a capacity of at least 50 participants;
• The ability to provide photo, video, and promotional coverage of the event;
• Availability of a monitor or projector.
• Ability to provide coffee breaks, if possible.

Important note:

Each higher education institution may host only one event within the framework of Erasmus+ International Days.
