Erasmus+ CBHE EMPOWER PROJECT WORKSHOP in KIUT

Enhancement of Entrepreneurship Skills among Women to Provide Gender Equality and Employability for Citizens of Uzbekistan

The Erasmus+ CBHE EMPOWER Project Workshop was successfully organized in cooperation with Kimyo International University in Tashkent and the Erasmus+ National Office in Uzbekistan.

We were pleased to welcome the following distinguished guests:

• Aziza Karimovna Abdurakhmonova – Coordinator of the Erasmus+ National Office in Uzbekistan
• Akmal Baltayevich Allakuliyev – Rector of KIUT
• Farkhad Niyazov – Director of the KIUT SDG Excellence Centre
• Janar Salimovna Abuova – Chief Coordinator of the EMPOWER Project from CAU

As part of the workshop, around 70 offline and more than 100 online participants joined the event, creating an effective platform for knowledge exchange, networking, and international cooperation.

During the event, inspiring discussions were held on women’s entrepreneurship, leadership, employment, innovation, and gender equality. The interactive sessions, in particular, attracted great interest from female participants and invited guests.

     

At the end of the event, certificates were awarded to the most active offline participants.

This successful event became another important step in Erasmus+ cooperation aimed at supporting women, developing their skills, and creating sustainable opportunities.
