ERASMUS+ INFORMATION AND METHODOLOGICAL SEMINAR HELD IN SURKHANDARYA
On 1 April 2026, an Erasmus+ Information and Methodological Seminar was successfully held at Termez State University, bringing together representatives of higher education institutions from Surkhandarya and neighboring regions.

The seminar was jointly organized by the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the European Union Delegation to Uzbekistan, the National Erasmus+ Office, the HEREs team, and Termez State University.

The event aimed to raise awareness about Erasmus+ opportunities and strengthen participants’ understanding of project development and international cooperation.

During the seminar, participants had the opportunity to:
- Learn about Erasmus+ opportunities in Uzbekistan
- Explore practical guidance on developing strong CBHE project proposals
- Discover individual opportunities such as Erasmus Mundus Joint Masters and Erasmus+ Alumni networks
- Get insights into best practices from ongoing CBHE projects (PAWER, INTRAS, TRIGGER)
- Learn more about Erasmus+ mobility programmes
The sessions were delivered by representatives of the National Erasmus+ Office, the EU Delegation, HEREs experts, and partner institutions. Interactive discussions and Q&A sessions allowed participants to actively engage with speakers.

The seminar also featured a quiz session on Erasmus+ opportunities, encouraging participants to test their knowledge in an engaging format.
The event concluded with a wrap-up session, leaving participants better informed and motivated to take part in Erasmus+ programmes and initiatives.
