HERE Virtual Networking Meeting 2025

On 17 December 2025, an online HEREs Virtual networking meeting titled “From impact to action: strengthening communication and collaboration among HEREs” was held.

This online meeting was dedicated to experience sharing, strengthening cross-country cooperation, and discussing the real impact of HERE activities for representatives of the Erasmus+ National Teams of Higher Education Reform Experts (HEREs) and the National Erasmus+ Offices (NEOs).

During the meeting, the following issues were discussed:

• The tangible impact of HERE activities on education systems and the changes they have brought about

• National and regional reforms illustrated through examples of successful SPHERE activities

• Effective ways to communicate HERE results and enhance their visibility

• The SPHERE 2025 publication and future plans within the framework of the SPHERE 2026 programme

The event was conducted through short presentations, interactive polls, open discussions, and exchanges of views. Participants shared their experiences on how HERE initiatives are contributing to policy-level, institutional, and practical changes.

At the conclusion of the meeting, participants emphasized the importance of closer cooperation within the HERE community, systematic documentation of experiences, and communicating results to a wider audience in the future.
