Visit to the Port of Vigo and Meeting at UVigo within the GREENDT Project

On July 14–15, as part of the Erasmus+ GREENDT project, a group of engineers from Uzbekistan visited the terminals of the Port of Vigo (Puerto de Vigo) in Spain. During the visit, our engineers explored fishing activities at the Bouzas RoRo terminal and studied the cargo transport system at the Guixar container terminal.

For reference, the Port of Vigo achieved record results in 2024, with a total of 5.7 million tons of cargo handled:

657,000 vehicles shipped

Nearly 1 million tons of fish transported

Container shipping increased by 31.6%
