Meet the Experts: Ilhom Abdurahmanov – Member of HEREs Uzbekistan

We are pleased to introduce Ilhom Abdurahmanov, a member of the Higher Education Reform Experts (HEREs) team of the National Erasmus+ Office in Uzbekistan.

Brief information about our expert:
– Head of the International Ranking Department at the “Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Agricultural Mechanization Engineers” National Research University (TIIAME NRU)
– Erasmus+ expert in quality assurance, ECTS, the 3-cycle system, recognition, mobility, internationalization, and international rankings

Academic contributions:
Ilhom Abdurahmanov is the author of several publications on the development of higher education. He authored the article titled “Strengthening the Position of Uzbek Higher Education Institutions in International Rankings” published in the Scientific-Methodological Journal “Perspectives of Higher Education Development” (14th edition, 2023).

International engagements:
As a member of the HEREs team, he has participated in the following major international Erasmus+ study visits:

2. “Enhancing University-Industry Collaboration for Innovative Ecosystems”, TAMK University of Applied Sciences, Tampere, Finland – 3–4 September 2024
