TAM Online Seminar: Lifelong Learning & Global Challenges

Today, on 15 May, we held an Erasmus+ Technical Assistance Mission (TAM) seminar on: "Lifelong Learning as a Key to Sustainable Development: Technical Solutions for Global Challenges".

The seminar featured international expert Prof. Kirsi Popova, who explored the European vision of lifelong learning and its importance in addressing today’s global sustainability challenges.

During the seminar, Prof. Popova also shared valuable resources about sustainability initiatives at her university (TAMK): Sustainability and Social Responsibility at TAMK.

A key highlight was the presentation by Dr. Ilhom Abdurahmanov, HERE and Head of the International Ranking Department at “TIIAME” NRU, on "The Role of Micro-Credentials in Education and for Lifelong Learning" — showing how flexible, modular learning paths can empower individuals and institutions alike.
