Erasmus+ National Information day 2024

On December 6, 2024, the Erasmus+ National Information Day in Uzbekistan marked the official launch of the Erasmus+ Call 2025. Held at Tashkent State Technical University, the event brought together representatives from higher education institutions, EU Member State embassies, international organizations, and stakeholders to celebrate three decades of collaboration between the EU and Uzbekistan.

The event began with opening speeches by H.E. Toivo Klaar, Ambassador of the European Union to Uzbekistan, Mr. Shakhrukh Daliev, First Deputy Minister of Higher Education, Science, and Innovations, and Academician Sadritdin Turabdjanov, Rector of TSTU. 

The highlights included:

• A Projects Fair, showcasing successful Erasmus+ initiatives.
• Insights into the 2025 Erasmus+ Call, including opportunities for CBHE, ICM, Erasmus Mundus, Jean Monnet, and Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions.
• Interactive sessions on best practices, networking, and guidance for new applicants.

After the networking lunch, an online presentation was given by Ms. Maria-Sol Domínguez Parrado, Project Officer at the European Education and Culture Executive Agency, on the topic "Features of Call 2025: Recommendations for CBHE Applications."
