The international Conference on quality assurance

On May 26 of this year, at the Tashkent state university of Economics held an international conference on the topic "The role of quality of education in the economic transformations of society".

The event was attended by international experts from 30+ foreign countries, leaders of the education sector, and heads of globally recognized accreditation, and rating organizations, as well as heads of local public and private higher education institutions, foreign embassies in Uzbekistan, National Erasmus+ office in Uzbekistan and donor organization representatives.

At the international conference actual topics, such as transforming the concept of "University 4.0", increasing their positions in international rankings, the gradual transfer of educational fields and specialties to institutional international accreditation for quality assurance in higher education institutions on the basis of international standards, norms and forms of quality assurance of higher education activities were discussed.

Practical proposals and recommendations for the training of competitive specialists that meet the requirements of the world labor market standards were also developed.
