Erasmus+ Opportunities Session at Shakhrisabz State Pedagogical Institute!

On May 8, another key step was taken to bring Erasmus+ opportunities closer to regional Higher Education Institutions — this time in Shakhrisabz.

The event brought together representatives of HEIs from Kashkadarya, members of the Higher Education Reform Experts (HEREs) team, and participants from Capacity Building in Higher Education (CBHE) projects for a productive and inspiring exchange.

Topics discussed during the session included:

• Erasmus+ 2026 Call and opportunities for HEIs

• Practical guidance on writing successful CBHE project proposals

• Insights into Erasmus+ mobility programmes

• Best practices from CBHE projects such as ITEM, MECHAUZ, and HEMUA

In addition, two parallel sessions were held on:

• Jean Monnet projects – for higher education institutions

• Erasmus Mundus Joint Masters Degree – for individual applicants
