Useful materials on Erasmus+ Project Management
746
The Ukrainian National Erasmus+ Office has promoted the Erasmus+ Project Management Toolkit, developed by the Erasmus+ Nutshell project funded within Erasmus+ Strategic Partnerships for Higher Education.
It is coordinated by the Prague University of Economics and Business (Czech Republic), in cooperation with the University of Ljubljana, Faculty of Social Science (Slovenia), Humak University of Applied Science (Finland), and CESIE (Italy). Where to find this Toolkit: https://cesie.org/en/resources/project-nutshell-toolkit/
The Guide suggests grouping processes into phases:
1. Initiation; 2. Planning; 3. Executing; 4. Monitoring and controlling; 5. Closing.
For each of these phases, respondents (administrative staff, academics or researchers, and financial office representatives) were to identify the following:
– challenges and needs they have when performing these kinds of tasks;
– good practices or tools used in their Institutions.
This publication will be useful for teams of higher education institutions that develop and implement Erasmus+ KA2 projects. The materials include recommendations for projects of the KA2 direction” Cooperation of organizations and institutions” and include a number of useful and practical examples of how to work with the LFM logical-framework matrix, how to calculate budgets, manage funds using a fixed rate approach, how to organize events, reporting features and much more.
