Abstract

Today, education policy assessors in UNESCO Member States are using the inclusive approach as a way to accelerate the achievement of Education for all and further contribute to create inclusive societies. In this regard, inclusive education should be defined broadly as a guiding principle to support education for sustainable development, lifelong learning and equal educational opportunities for all sectors of society. The purpose of this article is to introduce European experience aimed at promoting and developing inclusive education, social protection and non-discriminatory treatment of people with special educational needs, in accordance with the criteria of the Bologna Process and the UN Convention on Human Rights of people with disabilities, and the implementation of this experience in Uzbekistan
