This article examines the strategic impact of the Erasmus+ Capacity Building Projects on medicine and medical education in Kyrgyzstan, specifically at the International Higher School of Medicine (IHSM). The study aims to assess the transformative role of these projects in enhancing educational quality, research capacity, and international partnerships within IHSM. The methodology involves an analysis of Erasmus Plus-supported initiatives focused on curriculum innovation, research development, and cross-cultural exchange. Findings reveal significant improvements in teaching strategies, increased faculty and student mobility, and stronger institutional networks, positioning IHSM as a regional leader in medical education and healthcare development.
