Abstract

The article is focused on the impact of 30-year cooperation within Tempus and Erasmus+ programmes on higher education system of Uzbekistan. For more than three decades, the Tempus (since 1994) and the Erasmus+ programmes (since 2014) have been the key programme fostering cooperation in higher education, not just with European universities, but also with universities in Central Asia, and other regions of the world. The impact is presented at the system and institutional levels based on the results of the National Impact Study, the regional and national thematic cluster meetings.
