This article analyses the significance of the digital scientific and educational resources offered by the International EIFL Consortium in 2025 for Uzbekistan’s higher education system. It examines the role of electronic databases, advanced scholarly publications, open-access resources, and licensed content provided to universities, research centres, and libraries through EIFL’s cooperation in enhancing the quality of education. The study also explores the expansion of scientific collaboration and the processes of integration into the global information space, while presenting new directions for foreign scientific and educational databases for higher education institutions in Uzbekistan.
